HDShredder Enteprise Edition can, depending on the particular edition, delete up to 4, 8 or 16 media simultanously and supports a variety of 15 international security standards for data deletion issued by governments, experts and other authorities.
HDShredder offers an editor for deletion patterns. It lets users freely define their own specific deletion patterns as well as entire deletion procedures with up to 398 runs. Choose out of nearly 300 quintillion combinations by defining your own patterns and write-cycles.
SCSI, Firewire and USB 3.0 are supported on Windows and by the self-booting version as well.
HDShredder offers a self-booting version (HDShredder/S) and a Windows application (HDShredder/W). Both versions use the same user interface, so switching between the two is no problem.
Use SCSI, SAS, RAID and dynamic volumes as you always do
Each HDShredder software package now contains a Windows program (HDShredder/W) in addition to the self-booting program (HDShredder/S). With identical interfaces on both programs there is complete ease in switching between HDShredder/S and HDShredder/W.
Deletion logs for analysis and as verification
HDShredder creates a detailed deletion report with any deletion from the Professional Edition on. This report can now be stored to USB keys and other USB media. In Windows the deletion report can also be stored on network drives.
