Your Responsibilities

During the course of your apprenticeship, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative and business-related duties within our company.

• You will provide friendly customer service and support by phone and by email.
• You will generate, audit and issue invoices.
• You will prepare, pack and ship products to our customers.
• You will assist with supply procurement and office organization.

Requirements

• You have achieved least Mittlere Reife (completed 10th grade).
• You are customer-oriented.
• You can express yourself well in oral and written form.
• You possess strong spelling skills in both the German and the English language.
• You have a good grasp of mathematics and enjoy working with numbers and figures.
• You enjoy taking on new challenges.
